Tucked deep inside a hutong near Lama Temple, finding Woye Oii is an adventure. Once inside, it is tiny, warm, and lit with soft yellow lights.

1️⃣ Are these vegan restaurants in Beijing 100% plant-based? 🌱
Su Hu and Chaochao are fully vegan. Woye Oii is mostly vegan — check the menu for dairy. [We have called all three restaurants to double-check their vegan policies, so you don’t need to worry, just go and enjoy ;)]
2️⃣ Are these vegan restaurants in Beijing foreigners-friendly? 💬
Su Hu, Chaochao, and Woye Oii all have English menus. Chaochao has English-speaking staff.
3️⃣ Can I pay with a foreign credit card at these vegan restaurants in Beijing? 💰
It’s risky. All three prefer Alipay, WeChat Pay, or cash.
However, you can bind your international credit card (Visa or Mastercard) to Alipay. [After linking it, you can scan QR codes to pay at restaurants, shops, and even street vendors!]
