These are exploratory hikes to wild sections of the Great Wall or unmarked mountain routes. Sometimes there’s a trail. Sometimes we find out the hard way. But every time, it’s a story you’ll never forget.

🐾 Are Dogs Allowed?

Yep — on most routes, as long as your dog can handle some climbing and off-trail exploring. We’ll let you know in advance if the route is pup-friendly.

• Good hiking shoes (grippy & broken-in)
• Hat, sunscreen, and plenty of water
• Snacks and a packed lunch (we’ll also bring some extras)
• Clothes you don’t mind getting dusty or scratched
• A flexible mindset — we’re figuring this out together
