We go with the flow — by bicycle or electric scooter — through the ancient hutongs we call home, discovering local life & culture, experiencing the life we live & love. Venturing into markets, neighbourhoods, food stalls, as well as some of the lesser visited sites & temple streets.

This is our signature experience, which started over seven years ago and continuously evolving as Beijing, the hutongs, and our own lives change with it.

Along the way, you can choose to try small local street foods we rate highly from friends we trust. We’ll stop to play one of our favourite local games & learn through shared stories, bite sized history, but most importantly through an authentic experience which is unique because it’s our personal connection with the hutongs we’ve curated into an adventure for you to join!

Food is part of the experience — but if you don’t fancy it, then that’s also ok! We also know how to cater to vegetarians, vegans, and even gluten-free!

How the experience flows/ Where do we go?

We have a carefully designed an ultimate route that we have moulded to include such a mix of hutongs & real life. However with the ever changing nature of the hutongs & also the fact that each experience is unique largely because of you guys who join, we often go off-route to explore sides to the hutongs that we believe you might like or perhaps there’s something going on that day that we feel you must see!

This balance of structure and flow is what keeps the experience relaxed, personal, and alive. If there are specific interests you have, please let us know and we’ll see if they can suit this adventure!
