Contact us with your airline, role, preferred experience, date and group size. We’ll confirm eligibility, availability and send the current code or discounted booking instructions.
Enter the code where shown during booking, or follow the payment link we send. The eligible employee should bring valid airline staff ID on the day.
Schedules change—we get it. If duty, standby, delays or operational disruption affect your plans, tell us as soon as you can. We’ll do our best to move your booking to another available date or suggest a workable alternative. Any change remains subject to availability, the experience’s booking terms and costs already committed to guides, venues or transport.
Easy meeting, lower price. Most experiences begin at a convenient meeting point near public transport. Private hotel collection can be arranged when available and may cost extra.

Current cabin crew, pilots, ground staff, airline office employees and operational staff from any airline may qualify. No airline partnership is required. Please provide your role when requesting the code and bring valid staff ID.
Yes. Family members and friends accompanying an eligible airline employee in the same booking may receive the applicable crew offer. The eligible employee must join the experience and show valid staff ID.
Yes. Mixed groups are welcome: cabin crew, pilots, ground teams, office or operational colleagues from different airlines can book together, and accompanying non-airline guests can join too. Tell us the group mix when you enquire so we can confirm the right offer.
