Welcome to our Half Price Hikes — designed for adventurers who don’t just follow maps, they help make them.

These aren’t your typical Great Wall treks. In fact, we haven’t even finished scouting some of these routes ourselves. That’s the whole point. You’ll join us in discovering a new side of Beijing — rugged, raw, and real.

⚠ What Are Half Price Hikes?

These are exploratory hikes to wild sections of the Great Wall or unmarked mountain routes. Sometimes there’s a trail. Sometimes we find out the hard way. But every time, it’s a story you’ll never forget.

Why it’s half price:

  • You’re helping us test a new route
  • There’s a real chance we’ll get a little lost
  • There might be scrambling, thorns, detours, or wrong turns

đŸŸ Are Dogs Allowed?

Yep — on most routes, as long as your dog can handle some climbing and off-trail exploring. We’ll let you know in advance if the route is pup-friendly.

🎒 What to Bring

  • Good hiking shoes (grippy & broken-in)
  • Hat, sunscreen, and plenty of water
  • Snacks and a packed lunch (we’ll also bring some extras)
  • Clothes you don’t mind getting dusty or scratched
  • A flexible mindset — we’re figuring this out together
