We quote planning support and selected experiences according to your request. Consultation and planning fees, where applicable, are confirmed before work begins. Your proposal explains transport, meals, tickets and any other inclusions, as well as costs you pay separately.
We check timings and availability as the plan develops. Specific venues, activities and reservations depend on confirmation, so an initial discussion does not guarantee a booking. This helps us create an itinerary that you can enjoy with clear expectations.
