The river gives this adventure its rhythm. Walk beside the water, navigate sections of the riverside and stop to enjoy the view. In warmer conditions, we can discuss opportunities for a dip where suitable. Water levels and weather shape what is possible on the day.

Warmer months bring a different experience from winter. Cold weather can transform the river, but frozen conditions are never guaranteed. Ask us about the route and access for your dates. Any time on ice or in the water depends on a suitable assessment of conditions.
Clear Water River Hike pricing
Prices are per vehicle for your private group: 3,200 CNY for a 4-seat car, comfortable for 3 guests; 4,000 CNY for a 6-seat car, comfortable for 5; 4,800 CNY for an 8-seat van, comfortable for 7; 6,200 CNY for a 14-seat van; or 7,800 CNY for a 22-seat coach, comfortable for 20. We confirm the right vehicle and guest capacity when you enquire.
Included in your river day
Private transport and an English-speaking guide are included. Photos and a mini-video edit are available on request. Dogs join free of charge; tell us beforehand so we can confirm suitable arrangements. Food costs extra. Bring a packed meal or ask us to quote for one.
Before your Clear Water River Hike
Allow a full day. The outing is generally around 6–8 hours, but travel, stops and the route can extend it towards 8–10 hours. We confirm the plan for your date before booking. Wear shoes with good grip and bring suitable layers, water and anything you need for wet feet.
