Is the Huanghua Wild Great Wall hike suitable for beginners?

You do not need to be an experienced hiker, but you should have reasonable fitness and be comfortable walking uphill on uneven ground for three to four hours. The difficulty is 3 out of 5.

What should I wear and bring?

Wear hiking shoes with strong grip and bring seasonal layers, sun protection and water. We will share a simple packing reminder before your hike.

Can my dog join?

Dogs are welcome on many hikes at no extra charge. Tell us in advance so we can confirm the route and vehicle arrangements.

What happens in bad weather? We may adjust the route for rain, snow, wind or unsafe trail conditions. If the hike cannot run safely, we will discuss an alternative date or refund.
